Add to ORKGThe subject of my thesis is renovation of an winter´s spa in the part of Brno-Zábrdovice. The space of thesite compprises an outdoor swimming pool, a building of winter´s spa and a new building of indoor swimming pool. The restore object is divided into three parts. The first part contains wellness centre, the second part includes a bowling hall with restaurant abd the third part contains a fitnness centre with a weight room. The proposition of renovation respects a functionalist architecture, therefore, will largely retain its original look and will be used traditional materials here. There is solved a wheelchair accesible in the whole area
