It is situated in a suburb of Polička. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consisted of two parts- a technical and aktive one. In the techical part, there is a garage for a car, bathroom, staircase and toilet. In aktive part, there is a living room, kitchen with dining room and guestroom.
