Modelling of Financial Resources of Construction Order from the Aspect of Investor

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to show options of funding in public builders contract from European fund. The theoretical part explains and specifies most important concepts which are regarding these issues and shows public sector all together with explanation of basics concepts and forms of funding in public contract. The second part is practical and we can find there models of flow of subsidies, all costs and drawing of suitable loan for financial of public builders contract. The model is performed on two different projects which are mutually compared and evaluated
