Financial Plan and Economic Evaluation of Investment Realized by Private Investor

The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on key parts of the business plan, especially the financial plan and evaluation of effectiveness of investments. In the practical part, I developed a business plan for the project AZ Tower in Brno. I focused mainly on the development of the financial plan with the associated economic analysis and in the end I focused on appreciation of capital invested
