The house is standing on a building estate number 548/43 in the cadastral area Křenovice u dubného. In the village Křenovice. The layout of the house has a rectangular shape with the dimensions of 13.05 x 10.05 m. It is a two-storey building with first floor and loft-area. On the first floor there is vestibule, hall,study, living room with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and utility room. In the attic there is a hallway, bedroom with bathroom, two children’s rooms with their own dressing rooms,chamber, guest room and another bathroom. The house is based on a concrete strip foundation.
