Modern Timber Detached House

This bachelor thesis processes the detached two-storey house, which consists of sandwich structures. The supporting structure of the house is a wooden skeleton. The building is covered with a flat roof. The design focus is on the overal consistency among spatial, structural, static, fire safety, acoustic and thermal technical requirements. Documentation is prepared for the building construction. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the AUTOCAD software
