Family business house

Bachelor’s thesis called House with an establishment is done as a documentation for building construction. By the establishment is meant office area which is connected to the house functionally. The object is situated in city of Štípa in new build-up area. House plan is not regular. It has two floors above ground and irregular shape. The saddle roof has skylights with different slope angles (26 or 18 degrees). On the west side of the object there are large terraces. Construction solution is systematic, Porotherm. The baseplate construction is made of concrete
