Domestic Building

The subject of bachelor thesis is a new domestic building with business premises. This house is designed by wall system POROTHERM. Ceilings are monolithic made of ferroconcrete and the roof is flat. The house has three overhead floors; the first one is used for business premises. The first business premise is a hairdresser; the second one is a tobacco shop. There are four flats in other two overhead floors, two flats in each floor. Each flat has its own loggia with a beautiful panorama. The house is located on the plane plot. It is located in Žatec in the building development of new family houses
