Multifunctional building - technological phase substructure

This bachelor thesis deals with substructure of multifunctional building, which is based on bored piles in three levels, due the difficult foundation conditions. The main part of thesis consists of the technical regulations about earthworks, technology implementation of large-diameter bored piles and their base structures. It also deals with quality assurance of works performed and their control, their time and financial demands, design of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation and safety of work. Simultaneously the thesis deals with organization of construction and site design with regard to each phase of construction
