Detached house

The project deals with the technical documentation of basement family semi-detached house in the village Šumice. The building is located on flat terrain in the gap between existing single-family homes. The house has a rectangular ground plan and has two roof rack. The basement serves as a technical background and a relaxation of the house, the first floor serves as a health and social background of the house and attic serves as a living area with sanitary facilities
