University Graduates’ Unemployment in Slovakia

Unemployed young graduates form a specific group in the labor market and therefore they should be paid more attention. This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with concepts such as the labor market, unemployment and its division. The second part of the thesis analyzes the unemployed graduates based on field of study, from the particular university in interconnectivity of the regions using the publicly available statistics. The thesis also identifies the general problems that exist in the Slovak labor market. The final part explains the observed relation derived from the analytical part arises and possible solutions
