This master thesis focuses on the intercultural differences in a team. The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate on the example of Siemens Ltd, how the intercultural differences affect on the working environment, and whether they provoke any kind of conflicts or not. Furthermore, the aim of the following thesis is to provide the recommendations on the improvement of effective collaboration within the team. There were used mainly Hofstede dimensions, which described the various cultures of the team members. A research for the practical part has been done within a multicultural team, which is composed of twenty members. For the research were used a structured questionnaire method and personal interview with a team manager
