The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the marketing strategy of non-governmental organization Junák - český skaut, z. s. and suggest improvement of the marketing strategy. The first part describes non-governmental organizations in the Czech Republic. There is also described the World Organization of the Scout Movement and the Czech organization Junák - český skaut, z. s. In the second part there are results of the public opinion survey and the describtion of the marketing strategy. At the end of the thesis there is recommendation to improve the marketing strategy and suggestions of new ways of communication and new communication tools
