This Bachelor´s Thesis is concerned with the modern concept of HR: freedom at work. It is a method of leadership, which promotes natural employees engagement. The aim of this thesis is describe, analyse and evaluate the concept. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis, procedures and methods related to this area. Data are predominantly based on the academic literature. The practical part represents examples of liberal companies from practice at home and abroad.
