Analysis of the real estate market in Prague

This bachelor thesis analyzes the real estate market in Prague. The aim of the thesis is to ascertain the current status of the market, how the economic crisis affected market prices, and what developments can be expected in the future. To determine what changes can be expected in the future, we must do an estimate of market development. To estimate market development, a price comparison of different types of properties needs to be done to show the change during the crisis. Subsequently, analyzing the current state of the market will determine whether the market has fully recovered from the crisis and if it is yet prosperou
