System proposal of further education in business sector

The aim of bachelor´s thesis is the education of employees in Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o.. The objective of this proposal is to analyze education systém and to design system which would be meant to advance the quality of employees´ education in given company. In theoretical part we will look closer at the meaning of adults´ education. In analysis of the system, there is described chat system of education Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o. uses. Using SWOT analysis, we define the strengths and weaknesses of the education system in the company. The optimization proposal is focused on more efficient educational system which would advance the quality of education and to propose effective measures to improve the actual status. in Continental Automotive Czech Republic, s.r.o
