Analysis of the remuneration system in particular company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the system of remuneration of employees in a company that sells cars, spare parts and services vehicles. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the payroll system and the employee benefits. The practical part consists of characterizing the company and its remuneration system, a questionnaire survey of employee satisfaction with the system and suggestions for possible improvements. The remuneration system is set up correctly with only a few shortcomings. Therefore, there were changes proposed that could optimize the identified deficiencies
