Efficiency rating and improving the crisis management system

The subject of research is the system of organizational and economic relations arising in the hotel Czech house Moscow in the processes of crisis management, and analysis of crisis management events. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study hotel management features in the conditions of crisis. Czech Center - Czech House Moscow is an integral part of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in the Russian Federation. It provides different services including hotel accommodation service for citizens of the Czech Republic. The thesis is split into three main parts. The first part describes the theoretical bases of hotel management and crisis management. The second part describes the area of business of hotel Czech house Moscow, the external environment, financial and economic activity over 2011-2015. The third part contains an analysis of crisis management measures and authors optimization proposals
