This bachelor thesis is focused on optimizing the management of a bar from three different perspectives, namely investory management, financial management and human resources management. Bayer on the analysis of past demand inventories are divided into three cathegories ABC according to their profit share. Consequently, the optimal level of supply with a minimum cost and maximal profit is defined.
