Motivation System in a chosen Company - Analysis of Incentive Plan

This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation of employees in the selected company XY. The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate the current status of the current incentive plan and further analyse it. For the next will be detected the impact of this motivation system of the company to employees of the organization. Firstly, were determined the research questions to which they sought answers. With the help of the questionnaire survey will be found the relevant data to determine the necessary information. The questionnaire contains questions relating to existential needs, growth needs and relationship needs, which will help give a comprehensive view of the current situation in the company. Subsequently, they will be developed some of the dependencies of individual data that will help answer research questions. The result of the work is a document that a company can use to improve the incentive plan
