Generation Y and a healthy lifestyle

The aim of my bachelor thesis "Generation Y and a healthy lifestyle" is to examine how much Generation Y follows the principles of healthy lifestyle and whether young people are currently interested in this subject. I look at the issue of a healthy lifestyle both from the point of view of potential customers who care about their health and also from the point of view of companies that want to be successful in that segment. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of health and healthy lifestyle, but also with market segmentation and customer typologies. In the practical part, I used the questionnaire to determine the importance of a healthy lifestyle for members of this generation
