The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the entrance of Kupred Ltd. Co. to the Indonesian market, based on the analysis of the current situation on the market, if there are any barriers to entry and the overall recommendation or deny to entry the Indonesian market on the basis of disadvantages for company of this set up process. The first part is focused on the theory of entrance into foreign markets. The second chapter evaluates the situation of the Indonesian market in several areas, then the company is presented and its business activities. At the end, analyzes are summarized and evaluated on which are made recommendations for the company
