Factors Affecting a Visitors´ Satisfaction in South Bohemia (The Region of Český Krumlov)

The main goal of this thesis was to identify factors influencing the satisfaction of tourists visiting the region of Český Krumlov and evaluating the conformity of the visitors' expectations and the reality. Main focus of the research was to clarify how visitors view the quantity and quality of primary and secondary offer of the destination. Based on the results of the quantitative research were made suggestions that could contribute to increasing tourists' satisfaction
