A. P. Chekhov and dramatization of his plays in Czech theaters

The topic of my bachelor's thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one is devoted to personality of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. At first I focused on his life childhood, growing up and adulthood until his death. After short biographic part come work of A. P. Chekhov. I described in this part his beginnigs of his career during study years and also another main milestones of his career as a writer. I also present his most famous plays. In the second part I chose 12 Czech theathers and I tried to find out, how often they put on the stage plays from A. P. Chekhov. I also wrote basic facts about every play
