Controlling as a Tool for Management

This thesis deals with the controlling and analyzes its position and a role in the company. In the theoretical part some basic information about the controlling, about the tools and methods used by the controlling and about the controller and a relationship between him and the manager is mentioned. In the practical part the theoretical knowledges are applied to the selected company and there are some suggestions that would contribute to improving the controlling system in the company
