Optimization of Inventory Management System in a Chosen Company

The topic of the bachelor work is optimization of inventory management system in a chosen company and suggestion of measure to reduce lock capital in inventory with increase of customer service level. The cooperation was formed with VSP DATA a.s. company which specializes in service and repairs. The necessary information was taken from the corporate internal data and by the regulated conversation with the several experts from the company. At first the inventory was divided into categories with the aid of ABC analysis on the base of consumption of inventory during the whole year 2015. These analysis was find out key inventory of group A and also considerable quantity of inventory with very small or zero turnover ratio which wasn't used during the whole year. The suggestions of optimization were concentrated on these main issues
