Personnel Management in an Individual Business Entity

The bachelor thesis is focused on personnel management and its activities in a small enterprise. The thesis is divided into two main parts theoretical frame work and practical part. In the theoretical frame work, several possible terms from the field of personnel management are explained. Personnel activities, which are analysed in the practical part, are described here. At the beginning of the practical part an individual business entity is briefly introduced, including development of its economic activities and the process of employment. Next, it focuses on analysis of personnel management and its activities. In the last part some proposal of changes of personnel management are created
