This thesis is focused at theater box offices. The key aspects describing the merits and importance of the box offices are introduced such as: distribution of information, visual and location aspects of the box office, pricing policy, and marketing support. Furthermore the work concerns the audience segmentation and its development opportunities. The scope of the work is built up from general marketing knowledge towards the research analysis of five selected theater box offices in Prague. The theoretical part offers particular solution and discussion on the box office standing as a powerful marketing tool.
