This report, Australian Engagement with Developing Countries Part 1: Bilateral Relationships at a Glance, is the most comprehensive summary to date of Australia’s relationships with its bilateral aid partners. It provides a snapshot of total Australian Government support for developing countries in 2014–15. Australia provided $5 billion in Official Development Assistance in 2014–15. We delivered aid in 32 countries and regions, with particular focus on our Indo-Pacific neighbourhood. The private sector is also playing an essential role in addressing the social and economic development challenges in our region.
