The latest measurements of the top quark mass obtained by the ATLAS and CMS experiments at the LHC for centre-of-mass energies of $7$ and $8\,$TeV are presented. The mass of the top quark is measured using several methods and channels, including the reconstructed invariant mass distribution of the top quark and shapes of top quark decay distributions. Measurements based on the inclusive ${\rm t}\bar{\rm t}$ cross section and novel observables based on the differential cross section in the ${\rm t}\bar{\rm t}+1\textrm{jet}$ channel are also discussed. The results of the various channels are combined and compared to the world average. The latest measurements of the top quark mass obtained by the ATLAS and CMS experiments at the LHC for centre-...
