This report highlights results from the EuCARD WP4.3 RFTech network, which was active from April 2009 to July 2013. The objective of RFTech was bringing together RF experts from different laboratories and communities, e.g. proton & electron accelerators, or storage rings & linacs, to exchange ideas and to promote innovation on all aspects of RF technology. RFTech organized 4 primary annual workshops and the organized or co-organized several topical workshops or dedicated sessions in larger conferences, like MIXDES, ICAP 12 etc. The present document highlights the main topics covered during this networking activity.
