Autologous EBV-transformed B cell lines (EBVL) from a patient with Graves' disease (GD) were transfected with the expression vector pREP4 encoding thyroid peroxidase (TPO), the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR), or chloramphenicol acetyl transferase.
