Recent results of searches for third generation supersymmetry by the ATLAS collaboration with 2.05 fb-1 of sqrt(s) = 7 TeV pp collisions recorded with the LHC in 2011 are reported. These analyses focus on search for gluino and squark mediated stau production, direct sbottom production and gluino mediated sbottom and stop production
