Hard QCD studies with the ATLAS detector

Production of jets is the dominant high transverse-momentum process at the LHC, making it critical to understand they theory of jet production, QCD. Measurements testing the predictions of QCD using jets and W and Z bosons are possible at the LHC in a new kinematic regime.
