The ATLAS experiment has studied exclusive heavy flavor production, measured production cross sections of J/Psi and D mesons, and observed B meson decays with a J/Psi in the final state with 2010 data at LHC. The cross section values extracted from data are compared to predictions from next-to-leading order QCD calculations
