The objectives of this research were to explore factors related to aging health network and to identify the sustainable aging health network in a community of Thailand. The research design was mixed method that included both qualitative and quantitative research design. The samples were aging people and aging health networks in community. The instruments were the health services network interview form and aging health factors related questionnaire. The data were collected include demographic data, health status, health service for aging.
