In this talk, first measurements at 7 TeV of ATLAS will be shown for K0s and Λ decays, J/Ψ measurements and first signals of D-mesons. The performance to tag b-quark jets in first data is quickly be discussed. In the second part, the perspectives for higher Luminosity studies at 14 TeV are presented including the long term perspectives, the di-muon strategis, the Onia production and polarization and finaly rare B-decays as an indirect search for new physics
