Abstract

A check-list of the species of the families Hybotidae and Empididae currently known from the territory of the Caucasus is provided. The check-list includes 40 species (8 known from the Caucasus only) belonging to 11 genera of Hybotidae, and 78 species (41 known from the Caucasus only) belonging to 11 genera of Empidida
