In this article are exposed the virtues and strengths of positive psychology that are beneficial in the workplace. This paper presents a theoretical approach to the positive organizations and exposed the six virtues and twenty four strength of character. Finally, we delve into the strengths of creativity, leadership, teamwork, gratitude and hope. These strengths are chosen because we believe that is the most beneficial to labor welfare and the job performance. Work organizations must be good leaders who can lead their groups, workers who can work in teams and have hope in achieving the objectives. This creates a positive work environment where gratitude among its members a greater impact on welfare
