In 9th century, in Iria FLavia, it was discovered the body of Saint James apostle. Since this moment, several literary operas, which explained the miraculous circumstances that took the saint apostle body from Jerusalem to Finis Terrae, was published in order to elucidate any doubt about the relic’s identity. Afterwards, a new literature leaved the relics translation out for promoting and spreading the life and the miracles of Saint James, in order to consolidate the compostelan cult.
