In this study; Nano enzyme system based sensor system has been developed for detection of nerve agents used in chemical weapons production. The chemical substances forming the nerve agents are included in the group of organophosphorus compounds. Paraoxon was used as the organophosphorus compound. Paraoxon molecule irreversibly inhibits the acetylcholinesterase enzyme (AChE). In this respect, it is preferred because of its similarity to nerve agents. In the sensor system, nano enzyme system synthesized according to photosensitive cross-linking method with ruthenium based amino acid monomers was used as sensor layer.
