The Hubble law for the photon is extended to a massive particle based on the de Broglie wavelength. The particle momentum is shown to decrease relative to its cosmological redshift. After sufficient time, the particle momentum decreases at a constant rate of a0 = -c H0. This may explain the anomalous acceleration of the Pioneer 10 & 11 spacecraft but it would require the spacecraft and the solar system to be in the Hubble-flow
