The results of retrospective analysis of resistance in 1584 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, isolated from patients receiving inpatient treatment at the Lviv Regional Pulmonology Clinical Medical Diagnostic Center in 2009–2010. Frequency, structure and profile of Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistance to antymycobacterial first-line drugs was analyzed. Bacteriological indicators in patients monitored, bacteria discharging characteristics of modern TB detection frequency redistribution of sensitive and resistant strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to antymycobacterial drugs with increasing proportion of resistant strains and decreased sensitivity were shown
