Zoological museum exhibits are important sources of knowledge about diversity of nature. But these prolonged preservation is often restricted by biodamages, caused by the microorganisms. Microorganisms are able to damage wood, paper, metal constructions and, obviously, museum exhibits for a short period of time. Therefore, the question of museum exhibits defence is an actual aspect of scientific studies. The first investigations of zoological museum deep-water exhibits contaminated by microorganisms have been done. It was shown that exhibits could be contaminated by air. The quantitative and qualitative air microbial correlation have been analyzed and the stability of museum microflora has been releaved
