Electron scattering will provide the most direct information about charge distribution in exotic nuclei. A technical proposal for an electron-heavy-ion collider has been incorporated in the GSI/Germany physics program (spokesperson: Haik Simon - GSI). The main purpose is to study the structure of nuclei far from the stability line. In this work I explore the possibilities to study charge distributions of nuclei far form the stability line with the proposed facility
