Characteristics of contemporary strains of N. gonorrhoeae using NG-MAST genotyping (.Neisseria gonorrhoeae multi-antigen sequence typing), isolation of dominating variants and analysis of their territorial distribution. Materials and methods. 440 strains of N. gonorrhoeae isolated in 2012 - 2015 in 19 subjects of the Russian Federation were used in the study.
