Aim. Study the prevalence of diarrhea-genic E. coli of the enteroaggregative group in children with intestine dysbiosis. Materials and methods. PCR method was used to study virulence factors in 511 strains of E. coli isolated during bacteriologic study of feces samples from 393 children aged less than 2 years.
