Breast milk is the optimal nutrition for baby of the first year of life. The composition and value of the individual components of breast milk are revealed and studied. This allows one to improve new infant milk formula for infants, who for various reasons are unable to receive breastfeeding. Because the energy needs of the child in the first year of life are high and it’s with the fat component of the diet it gets up to 50% of the energy adaptation of the fat component of the mixture is important, in particular, addition of beta-palmitic acid.
