One of the reasons of peas sowings decrease are the shortcomings of its cultivation, especially its wrong harvesting that together with its biologic peculiarities makes its cultivation rather difficult. Wrong technologies of cultivation result in peas fall and its severe lodging that largely reduces its yield and in climatic unfavourable years leads to the loss of it. The varieties of leafless peas which form a hard stand and do not lodge play a significant part in the solution of the problem.
