Cluster development priority development areas based logistics approach

The article discusses the possibility of using the cluster and logistic approaches for the development of socio-economic sectors in the regions of Russia. Proposed: a new approach in the evaluation of portfolio investments in various cluster projects in the region with the aim of obtaining a synergistic socio-economic benefit and universal mathematical model of evaluating the effectiveness of the projects from the stage of conception to completion.
